This is the logo development process of NAVEX’s Internal HR Program, NAVEX Connect. The HR employees who requested this initial (2021) rework wanted something more engaging and friendly than the original wordmark. The entire company went through a rebrand at the start of 2022 so the second part of this update was making sure this internal logo met the new brand guidelines. My role was designing the 2021 logo and rebranding the 2022 version. Illustrations were sourced from Getty.
